Technicians are BICSI certified and registered RCDD are on staff. They use 'state of the art' diagnostic testers and the results are either in hard copy, electronic or both should the customer desire. All analysis and testing of the voice/data, category rated cables and fiber optic cables are tested to the latest EIA/TIA specifications.
